Happy Spring

The Board of Directors are diligently at work, keeping our property in tip top condition.

By now you have noticed the work being done at the entrance.  The fallen tree removed, the ground cleaned and leveled and new trees planted.  This is only the beginning, we plan to plant grass seed, add irrigation lines and more plantings to beautify the entrance to our property.  The gate has had some issues, but seems to be in good working condition presently.

The fountain in the pond had an issue with the breaker, a new part has been ordered and it is our hope that the fountain will be operational soon.  We are aware that the fountain has been out of order for some time.  The company mixed us up with another client and that slowed the repair.

The remainder of the dead boxwoods have been removed and new plantings are being completed.  Our landscape work is not done, please be patient as we get to the area near your building.  The irrigation system will be looked at to be sure all lines are working for our new plantings.  Look for areas that may not be getting watered and let us know if you anticipate an issue.  Someone will be onsite on the 16th of June to look over our system as well as plan to add lines at the entrance.

We are currently seeking a new company for our snow removal next season as well as painters for any future work to be done.

Our budget was completed and our operating funds as well as our CIRF are in good shape.

We have welcomed two owners to our board, Jeff Murphy and Steve Webster.  We are happy to have new directors to assist in the up keep of our property.  If you have something to add, please feel free to join us.
