Hello Neighbors

Spring has sprung and we have news for you all.  First, let’s welcome our new neighbor Steven Dick who now owns unit 4680.

Boxwoods 🤪 most of the adult dead ones have now been removed.  Your board of directors will soon meet with landscape companies to see what we will put in the empty spaces.  We will not plant anything until we are 100% sure that our irrigation system is working in those areas.  We will eventually put something in all spaces, even those spaces where some owners have chosen to decorate themselves.  It’s a matter of what and when.  Patience’s on your parts and ours is the name of the game!

We are waiting on a carpenter to make minor repairs to some buildings and for the painting of the 4667, 4665 and 4663 building, also he needs to complete some light post painting.

The new gate openers have been installed which should eliminate problems with entry and exit openings.  We are still having some issues on the exit opener completely closing the gate, but the matter does have our attention.  All lighting is being repaired around the gates also.

Remember Monday the 26th is a holiday, so Republic will be one day behind this week.

Please, DO NOT FEED the feral cats.

Weeding was done by our landscape company, therefore if you see weeds around your area, in between the bricks, in the grass areas, please let us know.  We do our part in checking, we are volunteers, however we all are owners, don’t be afraid to offer your assistance to your board of directors.
