We are scheduled for trash and recycle pick-up 5:00 P.M. ON JANUARY 23, 2024.  For the first time I received a very strange response, that being, that I reported it so they’re scheduled to pick up the address reported which of course I gave mines.  I told the service rep that I was calling on behalf of the association and gave our account number.  She stated to me that she can’t guarantee all bins would be picked and that I can’t give all addresses, that each resident would have to report  their own missed pick up.  I said “lady are you telling me that once they enter the gate that they could choose to just pick up one container, even if all other containers are out?? Yes, that is a possibility was her response.

In the future, if they miss picking us up, perhaps everybody should call and report a “missed pick up.”
